Ha maturato significative esperienze nell'area delle risorse umane, lavorando per importanti multinazionali in Italia e in Svizzera. Da settembre 2003, ricopre un ruolo di responsabilità presso una grande azienda, coordinando la funzione risorse umane di oltre 20 società e circa 6000 collaboratori in diversi paesi. Tra i suoi numerosi impegni, si dedica con grande passione all'innovativo progetto di sostenibilità sociale 'Allenarsi per il Futuro', che orienta i giovani studenti di tutta Italia al mondo del lavoro, offrendo opportunità di alternanza scuola-lavoro attraverso la metafora dello sport.
